  15. This is an urgent plea to anyone with old modem manuals lying around for 
  16. prosperity / emergencies....
  17. My 14.4K just died....  I won't be able to replace it soon... Went 
  18. through my boxes of old pieces and found my old generic 2400 with an 
  19. 8-switch box sticking out the back... It only works on COM1 / COM2, I 
  20. remember....  The manual is no where to be seen....  I'm leaning on a 
  21. (ACK!) 1200 I found in the box.... (museum piece or what???)
